Gaining weight. I think my foods are right.
Plan this week to pay attention to portions.
Increase water.
Increase activity.

This is discouraging.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you for your support! I have formed a new challenge- form a new habit in 12 weeks. Please join with me. I think that is key. I was 3 pounds from my goal weight 2 years ago, and it all unraveled.
