found out that raw garlic is a starch. that explains the gains this past few days.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Garlic can be healthy at least that is what my day always told me. Guess you just need to use it sparingly.
