I am planning to weigh in daily for a couple weeks at least. It will help me as I'm trying to get my head back in the game! 😁 It is never fun, but logging food and gains and losses consistently is key to my progress.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you. I can weigh a couple times a week like my nutritionist wants but only when weight is on or below target weight. When I start creeping up I start weighing daily. Do what works best for you and you'll have success. Always here for you! 💜💜

Just one foot in front on the other! 👣 Diana, sometime I seem to manage just fine weighing less frequently, and sometimes weighing daily and recording just helps me keep accountable better. I wish I was just stronger about having self control. It is just so darn easy to slip and slide rather than climb! Liv, I've lost muscle this winter... So the amount of lard I'm carrying now is super disappointing, but thank you! We all trudge Onward! 😁

Onward indeed! Except I keep sliding back down the slippery slope. Time to get a grip and move forward every day instead of 2 or 3 times a week. Glad you're back, we can do this! 💖

I feel that logging actually makes our journey easier. I thinks it helps us to achieve consistent results without thinking so much. Most of us are poor at judging how many calories we consume or burn daily. I don't feel any shame in using my maintenance crutch. It could be one less thing to stress about. GOD bless!!!

Thank you, Shir! Somehow the longer we are working at this the easier it is to say "tomorrow." We have had so many yesterdays on this journey. We know things don't change overnight.... But they never change if we are working hard 😁

Oh, John! Goodness, I don't deserve "acknowledgment." Had I not gained, I wouldn't have needed to lose... Still need to lose. But, thank you, kind sir! You know me... I'll keep fighting... Trying to follow you. 👣 I wish things were easier, but I'm really glad I can be here, and I'm so incredibly grateful for the support and help. My girl is doing better this week. ❤️ Truely, it makes the world seem a sunny place filled with hope and no need to senselessly turn to food when I absolutely should not. It is a better week! ❤️🙏❤️
