So I did not get to the gym yesterday....my DDH came home from work early and in pain. Typically I would have already been there but I had errands to run first. Today if he comes home early I will already be there.

Rough day today. I can feel TOM coming and I have cravings moreso than normal. A bit stressed on top of it and that is not helping with the cravings as I am a stress eater / emotional eater.

Try a walk with your husband...and if you happen to stop for a treat...well you deserve it....

Thanks Coach. Where we live no opportunity to stop for a treat...at least not if we walk from the house. The weather here is still not very warm. Quite windy today and it is a COLD wind. I know spring is around the corner because a few of our bulbs have started to peek up from the ground and a couple of lilies are showing their greenery. Also my columbines are showing up, but definitely not like the South. Spring is still not as near as I would like it to be and there is still snow visible on the mountain 15 miles away.
