My first weight gain since Feb. I finally had 4 days in a row where I recorded all my food (If you look at my diet calender I didn't record faithfully that's why my calories are all so low). While I did stay under my RDI, I ate really poorly. No wonder I gained 3 lbs, and for the last two weeks couldn't break 260 lbs. Well now I know :)
263.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 May 2014:
1458 kcal Fat: 60.10g | Prot: 82.55g | Carb: 154.55g.   Breakfast: Raspberries, 2% Fat Milk, Cheerios, Coffee, Baileys Coffee Creamer - Caramel. Lunch: Kraft American Cheese Slice, master Master hamburger buns, Beef Sloppy Joe (No Bun). Dinner: Corn On The Cob with Butter, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other: Fuji Apples, Trader Joe's Speculoos Cookie Butter. more...
gaining 3.0 lb a week

Meh, we all slip up at some point. Just make sure to learn from the past couple of days. :D You can do this!

I am trying to be more faithful too in recording my food entries. I find that when I don't, I really gain. Of course, I am way over my RDI when this happens.
