Did a fat fast last week when I was sick. Lost 8 lbs, and gained 3 back when I returned to normal eating. I now hope to stabilize my weight as I transition from a low cal (800) to a moderate cal (1200-1500)/high fat diet. I definitely feel better on this calorie consumption, although I was never hungry on the low cal version.
