Asarver's Journal, 18 May 2014

So I've been gone for awhile... like a month. Needless to say, a lot has happened this last month.

For one, I graduated college. Woo! I start working in about 2 or 3 weeks. I also had my bachelorette party (in Vegas!), so I've definitely failed on every challenge that required no drinking. ;p To top it off, we are moving in less than 2 weeks. It should be fun.

My wedding, however, is in a little over 2 months, so I really only have a month and a half to get to a decent weight. Good thing though, with the dress, you can really tell how much I weigh except for in my arms (and there isn't much modifying to the dress that has to be done). So, it should be okay.

I weighed myself this morning, and I've gained about 8+ pounds in a month. It drives me crazy. I can gain that much, but I can't lose that much?? Also, my body fat percentage is 30%???? I know women tend to have higher BF, but what is a normal range?

I just wanna thank all you guys who read my diaries, and how supportive you all have been!!

Wow - lots of changes. Sometimes stress makes it harder to lose...drinks tons of water and get enough sleep, too. Those things will help along with moderate food plan. Congratulations on all your accomplishments!

Congrats and the best of luck. I'd advise take one day at a time. Keep a positive mindset.

Congrats!! You've had a lot of celebrations lately! Weight is much easier to gain than lose, so like Darcy said one day at a time. You can do this!! You are going to be a beautiful bride whether you lose the weight or not, just focus on being healthy and happy.

it's very discouraging to gain so quick but lose so slow. but sometimes you have to take some time off and party, enjoy life, you worked so many hours to graudate from college and bachelorette party is something you only do once!
