Water weight gain due to TOM.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's usualy around 2 pounds for me...hits me all of a sudden, then a few days later it leaves all at once. Weird!

About the same for me. Somewhere between 2 to 4 pounds. I'm not worried about this weigh in. I know I it's water weight since I've been following my diet without cheating. I also feel bloated so I might take some water pills so I don't have that bloaty feeling.
