Well, I am still at 5lbs below my goal weight. No loss no gain! I have had company all week and I am choosing to just maintain for now. I am cautious, but it isn't easy with having to cook for extra family. My son is here and has been doing a lot of fishing, and has been quite successful. We are going out in the boat after while and fish for some bass. I fried up catfish last night for supper. Catfish out of the lake is delicious and fairly easy to fix. I have been trying to keep in touch here but we are busy. I think it is going to warm up today. I am really looking forward to warm because it has been cold.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
