weekends are rough. Very difficult to follow through with the plan.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I agree, weekends are difficult to follow the plan, but it takes a measure of determination to get out of the rut. I've been where you are, and I got out of it. I believe that you can as well... :)

I also have more trouble on weekends. At work I have only the food I briong, at home it is easier to cheat, so I have to be good and stick to plan. NS has a good plan and if you throw in a couple more low cal veggies you can do ok. Hang in.
