Annoying... weighed in last night at the gym and was up from my weight last week on a different scale. i have gone over RDI some but show deficit for ALL days for a couple straight weeks now. i underestimate on my exercise, etc cause i know the calculation here is off so it should be fairly accurate. (for instance if i play a 90 min soccer game, i only put playing for 45 min when I really play close to 80 out of the 90 min). i hope to see a drop next weigh in... going to use the same scale next time, too.
194.5 lb Lost so far: 43.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens but you will get past it. I think you mentioned getting a new scale...please do and only use one scale for weight. I don't trust the scales where you have to slide the selectors to see what your weight is because those scales have to be calibrated regularly and they are always off. Stop guessing on calories burned and get that heart rate monitor :-)

Thanks! Yes, I just need my own scale and use the same one every time. The ones at the gym (i did do it on two) were both the slidy kind. Oh well, I know it will work if i keep at it! Its kinda been like that for me in the past. I dont see much then boom, 6 lb drop. Maybe it just takes my body longer to process it??? Is that even possible?! :) Thanks for the support!

Don't worry about it. It's likely just a difference in the scales that you used. Every scale reads differently.

It probably is the scales I was up a whole kilo yesterday weighing in clothed,middle of the day and on different scales!
