1430 kcal Fat: 47.06g | Prot: 57.93g | Carb: 205.44g.   Breakfast: Multigrain Bread, Light Soft Spread, Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Grapefruit (Pink and Red). Lunch: Apples, Light Nonfat Yogurt, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, 100 % Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta. Dinner: Chicken Nuggets, Cooked Collards (from Canned), French Fried Potatoes (As Purchased, Salt Added, Frozen), Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Celery, Peanut Butter, Animal Crackers. more...
