Happy New Year FS Family & Friends. The New Year has brought many changes for me...some good & some not so good. I will not elaborate on the not so good as this is meant to be a positive message. I only gained 10 pounds over the holiday(amazing in itself). I started a new exercise regime this morning(I'll feel it tonight😁). The other landmark in my life, my Hubby has joined us on FS, he is not in need of weight loss but he is on a journey to live better & healthier...love him to pieces😍😍😍. Our daughter is going to be married 9-9-2022 and I have the dress(albeit 4 sizes too small) this is this year's goal, size 16/18 to a 10/12 in 8 months. I know I can do it with my Hubby & FS on my side. Love & Blessings for the new year😘👍🎉
216.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
