Got some good exercise yesterday so my calorie burn was high. While I've only lost just under 10 lbs I can sure feel the difference that being lighter and eating right makes. My yard is 1/2 acre on a hill and I cut it with a gas powered push mower. 2 weeks ago I had to take a couple breaks while cutting, yesterday I did it in 92 degrees, no break. I feel better physically than I have in a while, can't wait to know what it feels like when I reach my goal.
244.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
