Nothing lost but nothing gained. I'm deeply upset.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Look at your chart. You are on target and losing great. You have lost 2 pounds in the last week and you are almost at goal. I had a friend take almost 6 months to get those last 10 pounds off. Those last pounds may come off slower. You just need to have patience. Just keep going. Staying the same means you are able to maintain anyway. Losing is only half the battle, learning to maintain is the other.
