Well, I guess getting 3 teeth removed DOES pay off. It got 3 pounds off of me. I will probably lose more because I can't really chew anything. I've been living off of tomato soup, sweet potato soup, no sugar added applesauce, soy pudding and mashed potatoes. I mashed brown rice, blackeyed peas and veggie soy crumbles together last night with my potato masher. Believe it or not, it tasted good just looked really bad. :)
168.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL! That's got to be the most original approach to losing weight that I've heard yet.

I didn't have a choice about the teeth but I'm happy some good came out of it...the weight loss, of course.
