Uuughhhh...The dratted 212# is hanging on. I was anticipating a drop to 211 overnight but that darn pound is really attached to me.
Maybe tomorrowI'll be able to ditch velcro pound! Come on metabolism. Speed up. You can do it.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't you just hate those Velcro pounds? They're like the static cling on packing peanuts! But, never fear....stay on plan and that sticky pound will eventually drop off for good! Hang in there!
