At least I didn't gain any weight. However, I didn't lose any weight either. Just need to work harder.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're also probably building muscle! Which means you did lose fat and replaced it with muscle!
