Sticking to what I'm doing.

WATER MASS 67.6 lb
BONE MASS 4.9 lb
MUSCLE MASS 91.4 lb
165.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

definitely chilly. I did my new roof four years ago. still paying for it. glad it's done though.

Hey katsolo…couple quick questions/observations if you don’t mind? Is 135 truly your goal weight? I ask because you’ve been between 158 and 166 for like two years. I mean, amazing consistency and all but I guess what I’m getting at is, if your goal is 135 and you’re not losing any pounds, why would you keep doing what your doing? Just curious.

135 is just a number. I’m more interested in doing stuff like swimming, skiing and maintaining my ability to do the stuff I want as long as I possibly can. Bronchitis held me back for a couple months this year, fighting back now which is why I’m annoyed. No biggie.

Sitting in the pool shivering at this very moment. I need to build a winter tunnel back to the shower. Always so cold getting out. 🥶
