Well, this was totally unexpected! probably it is a fluctuation, as only 3 days ago I was one kilo up... but well I'll take it :)
154.5 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome! :) Even if it's a fluctuation, that means that, if it comes back up, it won't go above your previous weight. It's always better when our fluctuations go down instead of up! heheheh :)
