I have been doing a lot of running and Wii Active and I think I am gaining muscle. My new size 14 (UK) jeans are getting looser but the weight has gone up. I am training for the race for life so I can't stop now but once I have done it I am going to stop running and wait until I am down to my goal weight.

It's really off putting when you think you are getting fit and you just don't loose anything.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

I tried tht running on wii fit.. its different.. But I'm guessing it works if its helping you.. :-).. you're so close 2 ur goal.. Good luck!
