Katsolo's Journal, 11 December 2021

Okay, looks better, butt... (intentional) water down, muscle down, blob flourishing. Ironically, ate more calories yesterday, didn't explicitly exercise (did more lights and put up my tree), ate a waffle for dinner with what's effectively a mango mimosa. that aside, I wasn't ravenous later which has been a thing the last couple of days. might do a savory waffle for dinner tonight. I started on that path, but was just hungry. I get credit for weighing everything though.

it is chilly for here this morning. I ended up turning on a space heater in my room for a few minutes last night because my nose was so cold it woke me up. what a wuss I've become. (looked at thermostat, 60 was low point inside last night, that's nothing, do better). guess my camping on the cold ground days are over which is fine. I don't think my back would like me either if I did that. I might jump in the pool today just to prove I can do it.

need to send some pics for printing for Christmas today. that's the big project besides prepping the house for outside guests. I'm feeling a very strong need to completely redo some rooms, but I think the guy who moved my sleeper couch last time told me it's here for perpetuity. boring mundane details of life but thoughts that reside in my head. a screensaver of my house pics from when I first bought it popped up randomly last night and I'm harkening back to days of more empty spaces. the plague really messed some stuff up as far as getting rid of things easily and having to store stuff that is more challenging to get. I've never had to store dog food before, but it's become a thing and not feeding them is not an option. same with rice (dogs, not me). have I mentioned how there's no real storage in a 100 year old house?

going to turn on some dancing music, put on my crappy jeans and get things moving.
