first day P3 over 1000 cals yay!!
134.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi! P3 is Phase3 of the HCG protocol where I can eat anything as long as it has no sugar or starches and at least 65% of my food is from good fat.

Oh! So what did you mean by "over 1000 cals"? Is that your total food calories for the day?

I'm slowly upping my cals from 30 days of only consuming 350-500 a day. (The hcg puts over 2000 cals into your blood daily so it's easy to live on 300-500 a day.)So in P3 i'm resetting my metabolism to be able to handle up to 1500 without gaining and that's gonna take eating no sugar & no starches for 21 days. :)

I see :) No sugar or starches is good! I've heard of hcg, but I'm not that familiar with it. I'm glad it's working for you! Are you not getting the 2000 cals of hcg in your blood anymore, now that you're eating more?

Oh yeah, I'm done taking the hormone that puts the 2k cals in my blood so now all my cals come from actual eating, yay!! If your interested in learning more google hCGChica.com She is an excellent learning resource on all parts of the hCG protocol.
