Big average jump this week for me. Feel a bit doughy. Nothing to do with holidays. Definitively holding onto water after couple days of roof work. Minor stress with the pump house and broken sleep not helping either. Also enjoying too many post dinner cals - red wine & chocolate.

Don‘t really need to lose but also don‘t like doughiness. All good👍
157.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
