This is really messed up. I started my jogging routine again and have been doing lots of it and despite the added sweating, I gained weight. I expected and anticipated going below 190 but the scale proved otherwise. My eating has not been that glutonous, but I have been having a high sugar content along with peanuts, lots of peanuts. Carrots have been plentiful also. Mostly it has been with good foods, not cakes, although I did have a piece of some muffins. All in all I am very disappointed and now I am going to try this week to rid myself of the added wieght and not hopefully let it get out of hand. Please help me God because it only once again shows that it is how much you eat that is the biggest problem/hurdle.
