I did it. I finally got the scale to move. I have been on fat smash since the end of march and I am down a grand total of .......... DRUM ROLL PLEASE...........26.8 lbs. Get out of here could that be. The scales dont lie according to the CFC bunch so I am taking it and running with it, literally. I am going to walk / run the track. What great motivation.
