LET THE HAPPY DANCE CONTINUE !!...goood mornin...had a mind body disagreement this morning...got up an ate breakfast an then couldnt talk my body into going to the gym...so went back to bed an just layed there an watched the clock...30 min later got up an dressed rest of the way and out the door...got in 50 min today...another day of running errands...still cold here...and they are callin for snow showers again this week...but who knows..an really who cares...bring back that warmer weather...was easier to get outta bed an head to the gym...have decided to keep my gym membership this year ..instead of quitting in april like i normally do...gym workout is a guaranteed workout...where as an outside workout is still iffy right now...well..need to make the bed finally and do a few things while i wait on mom to get up an help here get things done before i leave later this morning to do the errands...have a great one...
296.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
