Wednesday has arrived!!! Busy day at work and then off to see my best friend for a few days! Hubby is supportive but not happy I will be gone. He really doesn't like it when I'm not home. He'll be happy to see Saturday arrive when I come back home.
I however am very excited to see my buddy!! We are in touch all the time but only managed to see each other once a year or so. She hasn't seen me since I've lost weight so I'm anxious to see what she thinks.
I'm having a calmer more positive day today which I probably can attribute to a good night's sleep. I just have to keep stepping along and work on not spazzing out when I have a "down" day. So ... anyway ... must finish getting ready for work and get this party started!! LOL!!! I hope everyone has a good day today ... stay the course ... don't despair ... celebrate YOU!!!

Enjoy your visit to your friend. I know what you mean about OH not being too happy being left alone. I'm staying with my daughter for 5 days with No.1 daughter after No.2 daughter's wedding and he is coming home with the dog. No happy is how I would describe him but he wouldn't stop me. I feel as though I need a bit of girlie company as me and OH 24/7 gets a bit much sometimes. Hope she is impressed by your weight loss and thinks you look great.

oh my goodness, its so much fun to see someone who hasnt seen your weight loss transformation yet! YAY! No doubt she is going to be very impressed and proud of you. You should have lots of fun with your friend :) Make sure *you* celebrate you, too!

A great time was had by ALL!!! And yes, the household was pretty much blown away. Val kept saying ... "where did you go????" ... but she also said I looked GREAT!!! We've been friends for 25+ years so she's seen me up and down and everywhere in between ... and loves me no matter what!!! It was a lot of fun!!
