I am so excited! I really believed that I would not be able to lose weight. I have had to re---learn a lot of things, but it is possible. Hope I can get to my goal weight. Maybe I will give myself a mini-goal to keep me going.
looked up BMI Then figured % body fat and lean body weight then figured what would I have to weigh to be 18% fat and it came out to 157lbs. I hope my math is right. I can't see myself at 130-140 That seems so thin. My LMB is 126 carring 48 lbs of fat and now at 27.92% fat --acceptable, but not good. Must try to figure this out again.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You lost some more weight, good for you, you are turning into a butterfly. I think when we are heavy we are wrapped up in a cocoon, protecting ourselves from something, then when we let go and do something about it and stay on a healthy plan we start to emerge from the cocoon and become a beautiful butterfly. Keep you eye on the goal and remember you have to take action everyday to attain that goal. I was daydreaming, thinking about it also in another light, how I was on a canoe and all I had to do was stay on course to make it to the other side of the river, but all of these other people were going off course and jumping into the river and not making it to the other side. I want to be the one that makes it to the other side and stay on my course, so I can attain my true weight, I want to be the successful one, and we have to stay on this for life to stay on course, we have to record our food for life, because that's our only way to stay true to ourselves. I am a worthwhile successful person and my true weight is what ever you have set it up to be, saying this over and over , seeing ourselves in a different light, becoming our true weight, the weight we were meant to be.

Yes, it is course you have to sray on. It is a simple fact of life. Really a simple fact of Math! I used to eat a bite here and a bite there and think it was ok, but in reality it does matter. Every calorie matters. You use visulization. So do I. It is supposed to really help. Your subconscious really controlls you more than your conscious mind.
