My dear FS family❤️, you guys have helped me through getting down to this point, I have a ways to go still, but I started FS after I had already lost weight. Total so far at least 55lbs. The reason I am saying all this I have gained some weight back, and was feeling a bit down about it, but knowing I am going to get on the train again riding that track to my perfect weight with my FS family by my side, I truly don’t have a problem.💪
I am blessed with reading all of your struggles and successes, seeing how real and truthful and loving everyone is here!!!💕
Yesterday, I hadn’t seen my friends in a long time and everyone was saying how great I looked and how pretty I was. I thanked them and wanted to cry inside, as I really didn’t feel that great about myself as I have gained weight again. My thoughts were how great my friends on this app are encouraging me and they too are responsible for me looking so good. THANK YOU again for the encouragement and laughs and what a great day I had yesterday, even though my hubby made us very late, I kept my mouth shut and he, (without me saying a word) apologized to the group, then we joked about it all night!!!❤️❤️❤️
Half of seeming clever is keeping my mouth shut at the right times, especially when I am angry! 🤐 😠
This is one of the most beneficial things I've ever learned keeping my mouth shut, as we had a blast later and had many laughs about it!😆👍

I had to spend some alone time in my restroom, in order to keep my mouth shut the otheer day and I was so glad I did. Shrewdness, you are still here and we are all working on getting healthier, so you are moving ahead and that's you succeeding. 👍❤😊

My mouth- My biggest issue. (besides my weight) LOL. I have a shirt that says "If my mouth doesn't say it, then my face definitely will". It's a no win situation for me. Becc@- Wow- You must have been pretty frustrated. ;)

My Wifey 💕 you will be working on your mouth your whole life! It was so hard to keep my trap closed!! If I didn’t have my phone to complain to I might have exploded! I think that is a test that God gives us to try to pass, always so hard to do!😟

I read limited wrinkles and I was so grateful!!🤣😂
My mom was 97 and didn’t have one wrinkle, she was beautiful! Yet, my dad’s mom, you could barely see her face amidst the wrinkles, so I am not sure what lies ahead in my life. 🙃
My mom used cheap Pond’s on her face, so I and my DIL have jars of it hopefully it will work! 😁

Katsolo there was a real B*tch, that was a vendor of ours at work. My boss knew it and just told me to put my chapstick on before I talked with her. I am still in the dark what he meant, was I suppose to kiss her butt? She owned a company we bought carpet from, but that woman was molded in hell!!! 🤬

Ettenauj I am following you to get to my goal, ❤️👍 I don’t walk as much as you, but I know I can do some of your workouts and dancing. 💃
Oh our Lord gave us a mouth with the ability to talk and a brain to use it well, which I absolutely have the hardest time to not let everything out that I am thinking.🙃
My husband doesn’t test my ability too often, it’s my crazy son that I have to watch him let off steam and stay quiet. I can fuel the fire or let cooler winds prevail and help extinguished those flames.
It’s the hardest thing to do. I know he doesn’t need my comments, I know he is wise and knows he’s wrong in being so angry about nothing, but he is miserable at times and just needs to let it out. That’s when the Mighty Lord is there to help us both. ❤️ I am so happy you’re close to the Lord for He will be there all your life to give you the miracles we both need.

Becky 💕 see how wonderful it can be to keep the mouth 👄 closed, but it takes a lot of hard work!!!💪 I haven’t had to close myself in the bathroom yet, I am so sorry you did.😮😢 I know if I go into the restroom it’s to cry.

Love that shirt! Sometimes new people at work think I am a bitch for my face is saying- dang get to work, or that doesn’t make sense at all!
One man I definitely have no respect for, he’s new and ALWAYS having to go to Lowe’s for something he needs - one day he went 3 times!!! I CANNOT STAND HIM and it definitely shows in my face! He has to report to me every time he goes and I know he hates doing so, because of my non-smiling face. 😒

Wifey, only have chapstick in our trailer, I have to have lots for everyone asks me for some, but only in the mountains do I need it.
I am scared of wind! 💨 😳
That’s why we’re broke- we live in California where they screw you over with taxes, but dang you can’t beat the weather!🙃
