Total of 20 pounds lost since I started my weight loss journey in January. Slow and steady is ok with me. I feel off plan a couple of times but that is life. Going to switch to the OWL plan and add a few more carbs.

Was at an art show yesterday and saw someone I knew, said hello and she said - please refresh my memory who are you? REALLY... she didn't recognize me because of my weight loss and new short hair style. If that isn't enough incentive to keep on plan..what is!

Can't wait till I can get rid of all my plus size clothes and get a new wardrobe. Looking forward to a new start with a new me!!

197.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats! You are doing great! I got my first weight loss compliment after I had lost 70 lbs by an employee at the supermarket I go to, LOL. Buying new, smaller clothes is so fun and rewarding!
