I'm still at the hospital with my husband thanks for your prayers they canceled his surgery this morning and said they want to try dissolving the clots with the medication first. that's his first miracle today. thanks to all my FS friends and prayer partners. he's not out of the woods yet but it's a great start I haven't ate good yet today so I don't have a food post.

264.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
