***sigh**** been such a blah week. Weight stayed the same. Food was.....ooookkkkkk.....did have some splurges. Did keep my exercise on plan. Just in a funk.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi,PR. Sorry you're feeling down, hope you feel better soon. Sure wish I only weighed 155, LOL! You're doing great, you've got a handle on this!
