I actually was going to accomplish so much today, but before I knew it was 2pm. Time flies....
I don’t even have to throw a clock! 🕑
My hubby was supposed to be fishing, but didn’t go and continued working on the bathroom door, this time painting it. Needs one more coat.
He said let’s go to Black Bear, he blinked, and I was sitting in the car. 😃 👏
They have the best coffee, so after dinner I took the rest of the coffee to go. Arriving home I got out of the car and stepped in a hole catching myself, but as doing so, the lid went flying off and the coffee splashed right into my face and all over the car door, completely covering it 😫, but it's all good because now my car smells delicious.😄 After wiping my face and cleaning the car door, I am now sipping on the last of the little bit of coffee I was able to save. ☕️😋
I may go out into the crowds to find a good pumpkin pie, as I don’t bake anymore since my oven died. 🥧
Hopefully, I won’t drop the pumpkin pie as I don’t want it to become squash!😆
I hate holidays, as this once very organized person is never organized anymore and always confused!
I really need to write a list, yet instead I may go continue to reading my book or maybe go shopping, who knows- confused! I am more confused than a goat on astroturf, (by the way we manufacture that).😁

So funny!! Haven’t broke eggs yet, have spilled and dumped other stuff- have to keep a sense of humor or I would be irritated over material things not important in the realms of life. 🙃😊

I was on a trip last week and saw a Cheesecake Factory. I got a slice of pumpkin 🎃 Cheesecake to go and ate it in bed...sooo good! Why can't cauliflower or brussel sprouts taste like Cheesecake? 🤔

Oh gosh, I'm sorry you lost your coffee! Those kind of days are not fun! I hope you didn't hurt your foot or anything else! I'm assuming you would have said if you had. If you didn't that's a blessing you only lost most of your coffee, but still. I know exactly how you feel about time. I think alot of it is the time change and that it's dark so early! The good thing is we'll blink and it will be spring. Hope you can have a relaxing Thanksgiving!

As I was reading your journal I thought you were going to say the coffee burned your face. So glad you are okay. 2 days ago I set a bag of groceries on the counter and it fell off and the carton of eggs landed upside down. One egg was totally broken and all over the carton. 1 was cracked. Never in my life have I done that but I drop things all the time now. I have a Costco apple pie for Thanksgiving. When my oven died a couple years ago I bought a toaster oven. Had never used one before and now I love it for baked potatoes or cooking small dishes for one.

Brandy, you must live in California or Arizona to know Black Bear. Ours had the most wonderful huge carving of bears riding a train, it had a sign on it, keep off, but some kid must have gotten hurt on it for it’s all gone.😢

I have always loved big dogs, I have had German Shepherds, Labs, Golden Retrievers, Dobermans, and always considered Chihuahuas dumb little barking sh*ts! I know you were joking when your big dog brought you down, but my son found a Chihuahua and brought it home, I was so mad!!!😠 We gave that dog a home and I have never had such a smart dog, I adore this dog’s mind and he doesn’t bark or shake, (he may be a mix), and is just pure joy. I am ashamed of my prejudice against small tiny dogs. Still miss my 106lb Lab, may still get another big dog some day, but NOT over 70lbs! Enjoy your Sunday and Lucha! (My German Shepherd’s name was Lusticia.)

2melons, I make the best cheesecake, and brought one of my cherished cheesecakes to my friend’s house and he kept repeating over and over and for years to come after that, how much he hates cheesecake and yet he had never ever even taken a bite of mine. He is so traditional, even if the pumpkin pie is trash, he wants a piece for Thanksgiving. That’s where we are going for Thanksgiving, so I wanted to get a great pumpkin pie, I love him, but he can be a bast**d at times! The best find would be the pumpkin cheesecake you talked about, his reaction will be epoch-making, Thanks for the idea - getting one if they have it!!👍👏👏👏

Bearnoggin, you can’t let such things get to you, but losing my coffee was a bit distressing.😕
We have a four car driveway, but a garage for a model-T, go figure!!!
We have my mother’s car, and my son parks behind it, then our truck and our van on the other side. By the side of the driveway is a flower bed which has roses. Somehow there was a slight hole I stepped into, probably dug by a barn cat! I only hurt my pride by slamming the coffee in my face.🤣 The coffee wasn’t that hot as I always put a ton of milk in it. 🥛☕️

Knowing the Lord is by my side, when I dump coffee in my face, I take a moment before I say any obscenities, and realize it’s kind of funny and need to hurry and fix the situation. Face clean, car door cleaner than ever, and a tiny bit of coffee left, all is good. I refuse to let being upset or letting it wreck my day. 🌸 The sun is still shining, but only a tiny bit longer being daylight savings time. 😆
One of the best things about Daylight Saving Time is that the clock in my car will finally be correct again, the instructions to change it are in French, and I don’t read French, never took time to look it up on the Internet.🙃
