on diet neal51's own diet   gaining 2.1 lb a week


didn't really gain anything - I was putting my weight in between the number I get on the gym scale and the number I get on my home scales...both my home scales are almost ten pounds lighter (like 7 probably) so who knows and I just decided to go with the higher one.
