I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!!

A friend treated my to the PIZZA LOUNGE, here in Huntington Beach last night. They have my favorite pizzas! We had a couple of different personal pizzas to share and shared a bottle of Pinot Noir and walked to another place, Duke's, and had a martini. I did get in a long bike ride before starting my day yesterday and I did a short workout but I didn't think this was nearly enough to offset what I ate and drank last night.

So I get on the scale this morning and I LOST 2 POUNDS!!! What is going on!!! I'm happy about it but this was totally unexpected.

Have a great HUMP DAY.
235.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Kris AZ, wouldn't that be nice! Thanks for the support. I'm going to weigh-in a few minutes from now. Let's see if I gained some of the two pounds.

Looks like you had been dieting really well, and slowed your metabolism...and with the pizza and wine you kick started it...and caused an increase burn of fat...it sure won't be that way if you splurge a second day...LOL...Must have tasted great...yummy..

It was really delicious. My friend had never been there and can't wait to go back. Do you really think it kick started my metabolism?

It could but most of the time it takes a couple of days for your body to show what you have done. You don't instantly gain the weight it usually shows a couple of days later. So if you have an increase in the next couple of days that probably will be why. But sometimes our systems does need to be shocked back into burning which is why they allow cheat days
