Ok, Day One...I only went 3 calories over the 1300 goal...not bad for day one. I did allow myself coconut cream pie...I really have been wanting it and figured it into my daily total. I looked over protein and carb and fat totals and they were not very healthy. I promise on day 2, to make better food choices!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is all you can do is watch those 2 things because those are the most important things. The coconut cream pie isn't too bad as long as you didn't over do it. The more you deprive yourself the more you will want the stuff that isn't good for you.
