Now, I swear I didn't eat enough food yesterday to result in a 1.4 weight gain overnight! Part of me wants to just stop looking at the scale, but I'm afraid if I turn a blind eye I will end this pregnancy up 50+ lbs.
I will be 5 "real" months pregnant (counting to the 9 month due date of July 30th)in less than a week! Counting by weeks I'll be 22 weeks on Saturday. 55% through this pregnancy if I go full-term.
We are starting to throw around names. We want it to be an "S" name so she will have the same initials as her daddy. So far we have Samantha, Sienna, Sydney. Anyone have any other names to throw out there for consideration? Help me brainstorm. :)

With pregnancy weight you can't be sure of anything. A gain overnight could be water weight from so many different factors. Focus on eating healthy and light exercise (with doctors approval).Your hormones are all over. Congrats on baby!

Serena, Selina, Sovannah, Selby. Sarah - of course. Shea, Sheaden. Soreen. My daughter's initials are the same as her dad's too!

Yeah, like there aren't enough Sarahs around! LOL In HS I had 2 BFFs named Sarah, so we were the 3 Musketeers! I'm actually still semi friends with them now. And its funny, because Sophie and I have the same initials (SMS) and Emily and Evan have almost the same initials - Shes EMS and hes EHS. I like it! Hi Chris, I don't know if you should forget about the scale and just make sure that you healthy everyday no exception, or keep tracking your weight, which is going to go up anyway... What makes you feel the most comfortable? One name I love is Selma. Have a great day!

I would keep weighing, but don't get down about the gains. It could be so many things. Lots of water retention. On names, my daughter has the sweetest girl in her 3rd grade class named Sirena.

I know its hard, but try not to worry about the scale too much. I sure wish I knew about fatsecret when I was pregnant. But at least I am now lower than my pre-pregnancy weight...thanks to fatsecret. I was 146 when I got pregnant and 205 at delivery...Ouch! I am only 5' 2"! You are doing all the right things! Enjoy every minute of it!
For names...how about Sadie, Sklyer, Suzanne, Sussannah, Sharie, Sandra, Sabrina, Stephanie....
