vacation is over, spring is here! no more excuses. baby steps and mini goals. first goal, 10lbs.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1625 kcal Fat: 58.58g | Prot: 95.93g | Carb: 184.91g.   Breakfast: Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Perkins Restaurant Spinach and Baby Bella Scramble. Lunch: Black Beans (Canned). Dinner: Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Whole Wheat Spaghetti Noodles with Meat Sauce. Snacks/Other: Jennie-O Lean Turkey Italian Sausage, Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, Pecan Nuts. more...

Hi Cszman..I lost 10lbs on 5:2 in 13 days. So if you haven't tried it before give it a go. Like you I have baby steps and mini goals in mind so was really encouraged with this initial weight loss. I haven't weighed in yet after a few indulgences yesterday...choc and wine!!. Im on a 500 day today. The good thing for me is I'm enjoying it and don't feel too hungry on 500 days. Good luck

Hi Cszman.5:2 is 5 days normal eating - calorie controlled and 2 days consuming only 500 calories. Enter 5:2 into a search engine and you will be able to read about it. I have slipped a bit over the bank hols weekend ooops... back on the plan now... :)
