Journalling, journalling then journalling more; every bite The math works, ok so I'm a geek 2350 calories per day over a 14 day average = no gain/loss Setting a top calorie limit at 2250; the new target is a daily average of 1700...the last 6 pounds are going to be easy It took 10 weeks to figure this out
