Need to change my exercise routine some. I am finding the need to do some different things. Having some anxiety over doing one of my routines and so I am going to give myself a break from it for a while. It's really an intense calorie burner but I don't need to stress over it.
124.3 lb Lost so far: 145.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
