Yesterday's Plyometrics went great. I think that .2 lbs. came from my protein shake before bed. I actually woke up wihtout being hungry, which mean I may have eaten a bit too late. I also have to get a handle on the carbs a bit more.

Breakfast was great today, but the workout isn't much of a fat burner. Biceps and Back should be pretty decent, considering the amount of pull ups I am going to do. Plus, I love the way I look after a good arm workout.
138.2 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
