Scale keeps having connectivity issues, so will need to capture the details when I have a minute to reset it. I think I need to switch it over to another network. Something has changed at the front of the house and I keep having devices knocked offline. Irritating. Logged what I think the weight was.

Shorter walk last night, only 2.5 miles, spent time removing Halloween decorations and doing some cleanup and it felt like it got dark right after lunch. I really hate this early darkness. Whole thing is just stupid. Our little puppy friend ran into us at the park so I let them play for a few minutes before we got on our way. I love seeing her bring out the sweetness in Hogan. She's maybe 1/3 his size and relentless and he just takes it. Funny thing about taking down the Halloween decorations, three of the neighbors turned on their Christmas lights on my block. What??? I'm not going to worry about it though. That can wait until Thanksgiving weekend. I'd be happy to dress my house up all year, but that would take away the special part of decorating for the seasons. It's not a competition for me either, I just like the lights. I need to figure out this year's light theme anyways. I mix it up a little every year.

We did the coast loop yesterday since it was sunny. No pics as I was putting the camera through its paces with the various recording modes. I love living by the ocean. I don't live on the beach, it's about a mile and a half away, but there's just something that is so restorative about the waves and the air that I love. Always puts me in a better mood than when I started. Ramblings over, work life begins for another five days.

Forgot to include this: the vegan protein powder can go in hot chocolate, the whey one curdles even if you pre-mix in cool water.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
