My fiancé has continued to worry about running’s effect on my adrenals, so yesterday I went on a bike ride instead. I love my bike and am okay to switch it up though I’m not going to give up running entirely. I got a lot done yesterday and I don’t know if lighter exercise had anything to do with it but I credit coconut oil which I started taking again yesterday. It’s a popular natural cure for adrenal fatigue which has worked for me in the past but I guess I was hesitant to take it because it takes away from my calorie limit and changes my macros. It seems to help me a lot though. Well I hope you all have a healthy and energetic day!
