I had to go out jogging to rid myself of two extra pounds to meet my weight limit. Successfully I was able to do it, although, I am not pleased with having to be near the wire or going over my limit. I must get down to a comfortable weight where I am not troubled during my weigh in times. 190 and wanting to go below; which be success.
