havent lost anything.... lack of exercise? maybe all that steak this week (tried to keep portions down) otherwise, hitting the gym HARD (2 a days) next week!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
