Looks like a gain but it was much higher a few days ago so it's a loss. More CPR classes then late to my daughter's basketball game where she cheers- doesn't play. No gym today but will be able to go Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. TTFN. ❤️
204.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always wanted to cheer but we lived 30-40 minute drive from school and were bussed. Could never get involved in extracurricular stuff.

Katsolo... I'm excited because tonight is for boys basketball (excited is a bit dramatic. I'd rather there wasn't a game) Prior it was the girls' team for 7th and 8th grade. Worst teams ever. Not even close scoring to make it interesting. Hoping our boys do better.

My oldest played softball from age 4-14 and that was super fun. Lots of yelling for her. 😉 I can't believe I didn't strike you as the quiet type. 🤪

Dang, mine WAS a gain, DP no doubt about it!😢 Then trying to be good, I forgot our healthy cafe bought sandwiches in the car overnight, so no lunch today. When my friend at work saw that I was lunch-less she brought me a huge hamburger with huge onion rings that came with a fabulous ranch dip! I am sure I’ll have a gain again!!!😩 Getting started on that path of being good again is so dang HARD!!!! Why is being bad SO EASY?😠 Plus, right now I have ice cream on my mind, time to break open a Skinnypop bag! Blessings for a loss DP, for both of u!💪👍💕

Diana- I could totally see you as a cheerleader. I, on the other hand, was not. LMAO. CrystalJo-Trying is what matters. Actually there is no truth in that. It just sounded nice. 😁 Shrewdness- GIRL- I know just what you mean. It is so hard to get back to it sometimes. How can you not eat something that someone bought for you? You can't be rude! And then sometimes you need a little something sweet after. 💕🤸🏻‍♀️🍔🍟🍦 We will do better today!
