So a busy weekend. Halloween is definitely my top holiday. I was completely confused when I got on the scale to day....no food logging or weight postings over the weekend(with good/bad reasoning) and I fully expected a back slide on my progress but happily no. I will do better this week & will hopefully see OneLander soon.
208.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
