I thought i had done really bad but weighed in this morning and down another 1 lbs! The weekend was a total bust as far as my diet goes. I'm afraid it will show up later....But right now feeling pretty good.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Another pound is great! I am so glad you are feeling good. Losing weight is an ongoing process - one day is never the same as another. Hang on to your good attitude and just keep moving forward.
