I'm going to be eating Zone for Saturday and Sunday since I won't have a food scale and so have to guestimate. It's pretty easy to keep everything in check with it. It's brainless. I could use some brainless. Brainless but even keel. That's my motto. Let's see, 1.5 gr fat to 9 gr carb and 7 gr protein, that's 78 calories per

block....let's say 2500 calories for the slop factor... 2500/78 = close to 30 blocks... divide by 4 meals... call it 8 blocks per meal. Cool. That should keep me within about 10% of my 3k calories.

Easy peasy. We'll see how it logs when I get around to recording it all. The weigh in should also tell me what I did on say... Tuesday after I get a day in Monday with my regular routine. I may be able to log my food each night.

Have a great day buddies. Think of me while I get this training. (No, I don't have a foot fetish.)

Stupid weight. How many times have I been warned on a bulk to make sure I get enough food. Back down again. Why couldn't this have happened while I was trying to lose weight?

"Oh body, weird and wonderful..." ;) I think once the body goes into fat burning mode it stays there a while. I lost weight before becoming pregnant and got routine tongue lashings from my obgyn for 'dieting/losing weight'. I wasn't trying, but I had been exercising, etc., before hand and just wasn't picking up enough weight week-to-week even after I'd stopped! Can't wait for the that to kick in now -- if it does kick in post 40 y/o!?!?! Who knows... :D
